Sue Ollemans has been dealing in Oriental Works of Art for almost twenty years. Travelling widely to source and exhibit, she needed asked for a completly mobile system, so she could update stock and Exhibition details on the move.
The Content Management System also includes facility to create discreet, passworded Private Viewing galleries, and has fully editable text areas for updating information across the website.
L'Atelier du Cafe
Dominique Whitehead established her atelier-based roasting enterprise in 2009. She wanted to convey not just her product, but the spirit in which she created and runs the business.
Alongside product details, you will find information about her strong links with the producers around the world.
Using our InSitu CMS, Dominique can sell online, and we will shortly be adding a branded blog to the site, and extending the CMS to other features.
Sam Fogg is one of the world's leading specialists in Medieval Art. His website needed to reflect the full range of items in which he deals, and we were also asked to imbue the site with a sense of movement.
Extensive category dropdowns lead to carousel galleries, which in turn link to 'show/hide' pages of multiple images, especially formatted for printing.
The website also includes a large exhibition archive, means of purchasing catalogues, and a Press section.
Berwald Oriental Art
John Berwald deals out of a beautiful gallery in London's Mayfair art district. He asked us for a major overhaul on his existing website.
We implemented simple, ordered galleries, enhanced with some JQuery 'sliders', and a very attractive treatment of typefaces.
Gallery pages link to printable descriptions and images, and John also has use of a switchable Fairs/Exhibitions page, plus a large Google map to help new clients locate the gallery.
Colin Bowles has established a global reputation as a leader in his field, of mounting and restoration of works of art, and for his installation expertise. He wanted his website to convey a range of images and detail about the kind of work he and his colleagues carry out.
Elegant information pages, with 'lightbox'-style popups and carefully arranged text deliver the required impression with restrained simplicity.
We were fortunate to be able to work with photographer Matt Pia on this project, and his images greatly enhance the presentation.
Heart of the Cevennes
The Heart of the Cevennes was an English-language magazine published in the south of France, and we were commmissioned to oversee design of the print and web versions.
Ecompassing editorial pages, features, advertisements and online rental modules, the website delivered a comprehensive and interactive version of the printed publication.
